I checked out thevLab a few years back. I'd bet they are even more refined now. But, while I go overboard on many things in my archery purchases, I decided against that one! Lol
Do you have a link for the Magnetos?

The Magneto setup is interesting, but how would you adapt it for archery? Maybe fashion a rod and bracket that mounts to the stabilizer insert?

I'm not 100% sure if you can use it for archery yet...the old models I know didn't work for some reason, you'd probably need to have a specialized field point that would register and a way to mount to a stab. I didn't look at it to closely just ran in to the office real quick to get something typed up. I will check it out later though and see what I can find

Labs are expensive...probably around $600 for the setup but they are the best thing going IMO. Magnetos are on par with standard chronos but you don't have to worry about lighting and hitting the blades. Shoot. ONLY $600. That's just chump change for the midget. He's probably going to get two!!!!!!!!!!

Killer, give the Caldwell G2 chronograph a look. Getting very consistent readings from mine.

The info on the magneto appears to show it is setup for rifles more than anything else. Eddie (the Nose) has a Caldwell, I believe....
