Antelope loin butterfled and then pounded to makeshift flank steak, with an Espresso Chilie rub that I put together. Finished as street tacos with hot Chile Tomatillo sauce.

I have yet to have one that wasn't good I've head they were good, now I want to kill another to try lol I am itching for another hunt. Saving my points in WY for another three years, my son will turn 12 and Nine points will get us both decent tags. All the other states I dont have enough points to draw unless i pull a random. I have place to hunt an OTC tag in colorado but it costs a little bit of money. That said it has ton of big goats.

Looks awesome I know the two goats I tried to eat sure needed alot of added stuff to make it edible I wish I could remember how my dad did the whole front shoulders of the ones he killed. Itβs been many many years ago but I do remember that they were dam tasty. He would make little cuts all over it and stuff them with garlic or something then put a marinade on it and wrap the whole thing in foil and cook it on the grill for hours. I can almost smell it.
