I didn't even bother trying to design a scope camera mount on any of my springers due to the recoil but now that I got this Disco last Wednesday Im working out the kinks of how to mount and secure my Cannon Digital Camera so it looks down the scope allowing me to record kills/shots. I designed a two part mounting system last night and then used the 3D printer to make it while I slept. This morning I tapped all the holes that needed tapping and assembled the mount.
It will be supported by the stock via a foam rubber pad as well as 4 nylon screws around the scope's eye piece. The nylon screws will not mar the scope. The 40mm eye piece on the scope matches that of the tele-lens of the camera and the tripod mount on the camera allows me to mount the camera securely to the holder.
Earlier, I had designed and 3D printed a lead dust collector for the end of the barrel. This has greatly reduced the muzzle report to the point that I now hear a noticeable "ping" of the air tank. I may tackle that next. Here is a video of this first prototype of the proof of concept for the camera mount.
