*opinion for the PC Stand is about 18ft off the ground, strapped to a large sweet gum tree, fairly thick brush behind us, with a 30x40 yard clearing where we put out corn for the deer. I have a buck come in EVERYTIME we are there from behind us. Okay, now for the problem. 1. he comes in about 15 yards behind us, " Snort, Snort, stamp, stamp," for about 10 minutes, and takes off running. I use scent killer, along with the doe estrus wicks i have hanging around. What can i do to get him in the clearing? I can clarify if needed

He knows where the stand is apparently I'd set a climber 20 yards off the trail 50-60 yards back from the way he comes in. I'm surprised he keeps coming that way if he has busted ya more than once

I agree with Whack.......step off to the side of where he comes in and give him a sharp surprise!
By the way...... have you ever tried to run a lag bolt into one of those sweet gums?? They are hard as a rock!!

Pictures are good!
Definitely sounds like the deer have your stand pegged. If there is any way to set up another stand in a spot overlooking your old stand, that's what I would do as the deer are likely going to go around your old stand to get where they are going.
